Top Notch in Charlottesville took my computer, was very upfront about diagnostic cost, got in touch very quickly after that happened and gave me cost and 3 options for the problem. Very professional. I also truly appreciated that since my computer was dying, I was able to have them take the old computer for recycling in a HIPPAA compliant way.
