I am updating my review of A1 Sewer and Drain...There was an issue with a service call that I wasn't very happy with. Although we were met with dignity and respect, there was a service charge that was not to our satisfaction. Upon hearing my complaint, the company reached out to me directly and listened to my concerns. They offered an acceptable solution that worked for everyone and they did this without hesitation. They immediately provided the solution, and they showed us that that they truly are a stand up company that wants to do honest reliable work to earn customer business. Michael at A1 really went to bat for us as customers. He was very professional, and represented us when talking to the manufacturer about a warranty issue. This was above and beyond, and we appreciated not only the work he performed personally, but also his communication. Top-notch. Thank you, Michael!

A1 came to our rescue, quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Angel was absolutely wonderful when she took our call and notified us that they would send someone out in a few hours. Nick Sprouse was sent to our home, and was able to identify the issue within a few minutes, a mainline clog. While he had to wait for the truck with the extra equipment, he was kind enough to educate us on where the mainline shutoff was, and where the sewer cleanout was.While performing the work using a pipe jetter(The Spartan is SUPER COOL), an issue arose with the blockage, and with it a fountain of.... who wants to know, sprayed everywhere.
