Virginia Remodelings did a wonderful job for us in finishing our basement. Rick offered practical suggestions and worked with us as we put the final touches on our design plan. The craftsmanship was excellent and we found Rick to be very communicative throughout the process, often answering our questions at nights and on the weekends. He and his team's attention to detail was second to none.

Specifically, Rick and his team built a media room with a step for tiered seating, a bathroom with intricate tile work, a wet bar area with cabinetry, a large recreational space, and a separate office space.

We hired Virginia Remodelings to finish our basement. They did a very good job and we are happy with the outcome for a number of reasons.
First, they were honest. We had a very detailed list of what they would do, and where applicable a budget for materials to be used, such as flooring and tile. Some shady contractors provide little detail and want a large up-front deposit before they do any work. Aside from a reasonable down payment, VA Remodelings did not ask for additional payments until completion of specified items of the project. VA Remodelings delivered what they promised.
