Wow, I never would have believed that those stains that were more than 12 years old could come out of this old carpet that has been in this house since it was built in 2002. Everything from pet accidents to teenage spills of milkshakes, salsa, and some unidentifiable stains that just seem to appear! I may or may not have spilled some red wine on our carpet and all of it is completely gone... Cannot recommend this company enough, they were fast to respond and came out quickly to provide a free estimate. Carlos, their technician, was friendly, professional and efficient, but more than that, clearly dedicated to doing outstanding work! it was a real pleasure to work with them, they made this process so simple and our carpet looks new, and feels softer and fluffier than it has in years.
