Michelle Gittings is truly the best around. She’s incredibly honest and never pushes unnecessary procedures, which I really appreciate. I’m a bit older, and she was upfront about what would and wouldn’t work for me—which built a lot of trust. Every time I come back to Virginia, I make sure to book an appointment with her because she’s just that good. Her results are always natural, and I leave feeling confident and well taken care of.

Michele has a true eye for aesthetics—subtle, natural, and tailored to enhance rather than change. The Sculptra results have been gradually taking shape and look incredibly natural, giving my skin a more youthful, refreshed appearance.
