Called to ask about a service. Was told they would need to come out to give a quote, in case there are complications / other more extensive work needs to be done in addition to the main job. When I asked if there is a typical price range for this type of job when it’s a straightforward installation, she disconnected the call. Very unprofessional.

First off, this is the absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a home service, from the very beginning. From the estimate, the handyman was 2 hours late, with absolutely no notice. Then, I was quoted $450 to replace 2 vinyl floorboards and to paint a half bath. The handyman was supposed to arrive at 8 am. That was pushed back to 4 pm, with no notice, but only when I called the owner and confirmed that they would be there at 8. Then, they were still 2 hours late - so 6 pm. I had already asked multiple times that they reschedule, but Patty, the owner, refused. THEN the "handyman" left his two CHILDREN in my house to do the work while he "left to get supplies".... When he finally returned, at which point we were already considering calling the police, they "finished" the job with the worst caulking job I've ever seen (see attached pictures) and did not paint the bathroom. Yet still insisted on being paid $450. I reached out to Patty, who told me to "ask him," but that was impossible as I had to work with his child who was his interpreter. At this point it was far too late and we just wanted them out of our house. I would absolutely never recommend this company.

Unprofessional, disappointing, incompetent, unresponsive... on and on! Called for a small job requiring drywall patchwork, some painting and they sent an employee out to only not follow up with confirming the job. The project was time sensitive and this is completely unacceptable business practice. I called the company again to see what happened and they said “we cannot do this kind of job, sorry!” And hung up on me! Do not waste your time!
