Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Very busy group. I am retired and pretty active swimming laps, weight training, and playing Pickleball. I am 72 years old and have been active for decades and wanted to deal with some aches and pains since it reached a point of affecting my swimming and Pickleball. This group was recommend by the spine doctor I visited. The receptionist was personable and efficient working with me to make sure my appointments were scheduled to meet treatment needs. I met Rich a few years ago after my wife became a patient of his. I was having some issues, he got me in as a favor to my wife, and right away I knew Rich (and his practice) were different. Infinity is not a place you have to go, its a place you want to go. Pain, injury, rehab - nothing about it is fun. But Rich and his team provide a concierge patient experience that helps you forget what you are going through. Not only have I seen Rich as a provider, but have also routinely seen Katie, Inez, and Amanda. My son was injured playing football, and Tim got him back on the field in the same season. This is an A+ practice, with A+ staff, providing an A+++ patient experience!
