Hi dr is ok but the office is so unorganized they have really bad service if they supposed to call you and let me know about the blood work they never do that I hope they see the review and getting better.thanks

Dr. Ghasemzadeh is careless and negligent. She never took the time to call my husband to explain results of his blood work. We contacted other physicians who explained the results patiently and in an informative way so he could make an informed decision about his health. She even forgot to mention a routine test for me which is recommended by AMA and my specialist told me about getting colonoscopies after 45 years of age. Please stay away from this practice unless if you want to file a complaint with the VA Medical Board. I think it is time for her to retire and save face.

Went in for routine blood work. It's been over 2.5 weeks since they took my blood and I still haven't gotten any results. I called them multiple times to get to the bottom of this and have gotten the run around every time. Put on hold for long times, redirected to extensions that immediately go to dial tone, etc. Of course they were very punctual about calling me to ask for credit card information so they could take my money.
