Some of the workmanship is poor. Two of the blinds broke within months and we called several times to ask them to fix them. They never returned our call. There are screws projecting out in one drawer (see image) and the soft close on drawers does not work. No response to fix these issues either.
Econize did a great job on our master bedroom closet, pantry and a utility closet. The design process was very efficient and the sales person very knowledgable to advise on what would fit well and be most functional. They showed up on time and completed it without any problems, we could not be happier with them. The largest national brand didn't follow through, couldn't get return calls to questions. Econize was night and day better service.
I had a very good experience with this company starting with Anthony Readings, the designer, he was knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. I appreciated the realistic rendering included in the proposal. Communication from the company was good. Steve and Zach (installers) were prompt and polite, efficient and professional, it was very easy to have them around during the installation.
