The worst place please avoid this place because it’s not safe and staff are very rude and unprofessional. this is called ripping off center not primary care. ZOO is better than this place. The place is good for pets not for human.
One of the worst staff service at this PCP location.My husband and I has same PCP DR. Neelima and one time my husband was late by 5 minutes and they charge cancellation charge.Next time they confirmed the appointment but when he was there, they said your appointment is cancelled which happened this week only.Prescription doesn’t go into pharmacy data even 3 days after visit where patient really running out of medicine.One time my husband paid upfront copay in the office and by mistake I paid that bill online so it was double paid but office never reached out to me for those extra money paid by me.Long story short, I would never recommend this practice and looking for... read full review
Dr.Marpu is one of the few doctors who has listened to me and helped me, in a non judgemental tone. If you have chronic pains and mysterious issues, you will understand what a marvel this is. She has helped me in the office as well as remotely. In both instances I never felt rushed or brushed aside. Generally she is right on time, but any time I have had to wait, I knew that she was giving proper care to someone who needed it.As a bonus, all recommendations I have gotten from her for specialists have also been kind and patient.
