Website is totally not user friendly, they never answer the phone and when they do they recommend to use the website/portal... The best doctor left and I have been seen with doctors that wants to see you for about 5 minutes and bye...

This has been a great experience so far! We just had our first baby and both Dr. Maya and Dr. Hill have been so good to us. Dr. Hill is just excellent at her job as a lactation specialist and we feel so lucky to have found this practice. Looking forward to continued excellent care.

My kids are seeing Dr Moats since several years, she is amazing - we absolutely love her. Although the rest of the staff is another story. They are so rude as if we owe them something. No one talks nicely, the customer service etiquette is non existent in both front desk staff and call center reps. The call wait time is insane.
