Hailey was wonderful yesterday helping my Mom replace a broken frame. Mom has severe vision impairment and replacing her frame was urgent. Hailey took the time to find a frame to fit Mom’s lenses, listened patiently, and treated my mother with genuine kindness and dignity. We left with a new frame thanks to Hailey! We are definitely going to tell everyone at Ashby Ponds how amazing Hailey and all the staff were at MyEyeDr @ Ashburn Village!
Exam was efficient and professional. I was thrilled with Hailey’s help in selecting my new frames. She made sure I had frames that were fun, fashionable, fit my face and did not “give grandma” because I was too young for that nonsense.
I have been seeing Dr. Slavin for years and really appreciate how she cares for my eyes and makes sure my contact lenses and glasses are providing what I need as I age. Cindy is really great at helping me with my benefits and has great stories to share as well.
