I’m so grateful to Shilpa for helping me overcome knee pain caused by IT Band Syndrome. She took the time to understand my issue, explained everything clearly, and created a treatment plan that worked. Through targeted exercises and helpful tips, my knee is now pain-free. Shilpa was supportive and patient throughout the process, and I’m confident I’m in great hands if anything comes up again. Highly recommend her!

I really appreciate how thoroughly you explain each exercise and its purpose. It helps me understand why I am doing and what I am doing. You have been excellent at checking in on my progress and adjusting my home excercise progress as needed.
Joseph is fantastic with pt. Had serious arms accident and he much improved my range of motion. He is patient and sends videos of exercises to you which is very helpful. I will miss my pt sessions but he has done very well. I thank him and highly recommend him
