Horrendous. Um bought something from the store and wanted to charge my phone, lady with black hair said I couldn't so I moved but she still called the police! Very rude the way she was speaking to me even though I was oblivious. Was sensing a hint of racism too. Just avoid it seems like enough people hate it here anyway.

On Thursday evening, I paid for gas and a $14 car wash. The receipt did not print at the pump. I went in and got a reciept for the gas and asked about the car wash. I was told to scan my app at the car wash. It did not work. We were in a hurry and could not go in to get help. My bank pulled out the money for both the gas and the car wash. When I went back this morning to get help, not only was the woman rude, she refused to help me. She told me to contact my bank, it was not the fault of the car wash. I will be contacting 7-11 customer service. This is unacceptable and I will never get a car wash at this establishment again.

Old coffee on their instant brewing machine and it’s over priced! two dollars for 8 ounces of old coffee. the donuts are old as well. all the coffee containers were empty. not to mention, we are in April and they still have Christmas decorations in the store! The only convenient thing about this convenient store is the location.
