“I had a wonderful first experience at Nilou MedSpa, found via Groupon. Nadia was my technician for a Hydrafacial. They use the real trademarked Hydrafacial machine, which is becoming rare in this area. They were very attentive to my needs and took extra time to figure out a plan for my sensitive skin. I’m happy I was steamed properly before the service started, some places don’t do that. The oxygen chamber addition was extremely relaxing, and felt like it cleared my sinus and headache away. My skin surprisingly healed quickly after the extractions, and felt way more hydrated. I will be returning to Nadia to make this Hydrafacial a part of my skincare ritual, and recommend to all my friends. “My experience was pretty good! I got to choose my colors for a dip and extension and worked with Anna. She was super nice and helpful. I will say the dip didn’t dry all the way, and part of it chipped in the process, but Anna was able to fix it. The finished product was worth trusting the process. The colors are stunning and I love the length and shape. First time trying a nail salon in falls church, and these employees made me feel very welcome. Anna did an amazing job on my nails!

I recently came here for the first time. I got Apres X gel because I needed extensions and they had to last my full 3 week vacation. Bibi was insanely skilled and took her time to get every detail right. I'm a perfectionist and neurotic about symmetry, and I legit couldn't find a single thing to bother me.

She spent 2.5 hours (!!!) getting every detail perfect and nailed my inspo pic to a TEE.

That said, it was $145 all in (Apres X + extension + design + tip) so I admittedly won't be back consistently. But this was exactly what I needed for my big sexy French vacation. They look like new 3weeks later with no lifting. I can't recommend them enough for special event perfection (or if you're rich af).
