I had a wonderful experience at Visual Health .Dr. Mehra is not only highly knowledgeable but also very caring and attentive. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely nice throughout the visit.
A wonderful and professional office! Very friendly and helpful, Zee guided me through the process and pricking openly and clearly (despite my new adult fear of medical insurance haha). Got my prescription updated and some new glasses! Many thanks.
I love going here. So convenient. The doctor is so knowledgeable and kind. The front desk people are helpful and the optician Aaron was amazing. Last year when I bought Rx sunglasses here they didn’t fit quite right and I was told they couldn’t be adjusted. Not a big deal but today I figured I’d ask again because I didn’t have Aaron last time. He took the time to adjust them for me! This is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.
