I live in Maryland and originally found Kim the Design Lady years ago while I was dating someone who lived nearby. That relationship is long gone, but I still make the trip because the quality of Kim’s work is unmatched. Over the years, she’s tailored suits and pants, repaired rips, replaced buttons, fixed snap backs on hats, and more. Every job is done professionally and looks just like the original. I wouldn’t trust my alterations to anyone else. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This shop just meshed the alterations shop with Tops Cleaners in the same location as the alterations place. The sign now says Tops Cleaners but I am rating the alterations and tailoring specifically. The alterations are excellent. Gina is the last person I know of in Arlington who will actually make you clothing. She can do very nice copies of things you bring and her alterations of existing garments are high quality. I highly recommend this place. Bring your own material though.
