I bought a car from Sheehy Ford In Springfield, VA and ran into all kind of problems mechanically. I was able to convince them to fix the issues. The final straw was I was given a title for the car that DMV would not accept. The dealer would not allow me to return the car for a refund even though the Virginia statute states that A DEALER MUST CONVEY A VIABLE TITLE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. We are currently going through a case against a car dealership and we hired Steven Krieger law firm to help us. Recently we were able to receive some of the money owed to us but we had an issue cashing the check we received due to our bank being difficult.
