Starfit has helped me get on track with strength training in a welcoming, supportive environment just for women. While I run, swim, cycle, I have not been able to stick to at-home weight training. This studio is a great fit!
StarFit Studio is a great environment for any level. The instructors all seem great and I would never work out to this level on my own. If you are new starting out they will easily offer modifications to suit.
