Scheduling was a breeze with the front desk. They worked around my available schedule, and the lady at the front desk was so caring and understanding.

I've been getting Botox for five years, but I gave it up about seven months ago because I was fed up with places trying to upsell and dissatisfied results. When I arrived, it took only a few minutes to complete the documents electronically, and I was seen almost immediately. They asked what bothered me and what areas I wanted to focus on. The doctor was very straightforward and clear, explaining exactly how many units I'd need for each area, which felt completely fair. This was the easiest and most effective Botox treatment I've ever received; I didn't even get same results with double the amount previously!

“I had a wonderful first experience at Nilou MedSpa, found via Groupon. Nadia was my technician for a Hydrafacial. They use the real trademarked Hydrafacial machine, which is becoming rare in this area. They were very attentive to my needs and took extra time to figure out a plan for my sensitive skin. I’m happy I was steamed properly before the service started, some places don’t do that. The oxygen chamber addition was extremely relaxing, and felt like it cleared my sinus and headache away.
