This isn't the first time we've had these services done, but it was the first time with Douglas at Shiny Carpet and I have never seen my floors, upholstery, and air ducts look cleaner. Very professional team, great communication, and truly went above and beyond to make sure that we received the best level of clean possible. If you are looking to get any of the services listed on their website done, I will tell you now to just go with them (and ask for Douglas because he is literally the best!). There is truly no comparison to the level of clean you will get from them.
Douglas was the best! I have never hired professional carpet cleaners before, but it was being required as a part of my move-out process. I signed up for the 12-4pm arrival window and he called about half an hour before arriving (as requested) and was able to start right at 12. He was so patient and informative, and talked me through everything he would be doing and other. He was done in around 2 hours and was also able to remove a large stain (pictured) that was actually left by a previous tenant which we were not able to remove ourselves. Overall, it was a very smooth experience. Thank you, Douglas!!
Douglas Rodriguez did an outstanding job getting urine stains out of a carpet. I called him on a Saturday morning and he came in a few hours!!! He went above and beyond. He was extremely professional and very kind. I would highly recommend him to my friends!
