The reason I will leave a two star and not a one is because the receptionist was really sweet, and I'm sure the company is excellent overall. However, Reena was really rude and unprofessional during my appointment. By trying to get me to get another service done, she thought it would be okay to insult my hair and what I do to it many times in front of another client. I don’t know about anyone else but I would not like to go to an appointment and feel that uncomfortable.
