The reason I will leave a two star and not a one is because the receptionist was really sweet, and I'm sure the company is excellent overall. However, Reena was really rude and unprofessional during my appointment. By trying to get me to get another service done, she thought it would be okay to insult my hair and what I do to it many times in front of another client. I don’t know about anyone else but I would not like to go to an appointment and feel that uncomfortable. Went into this salon for a facial. The parking is great. The space is small & nontraditional. Cozett, the Esthetician was great!!! She knew her stuff. I never fall asleep, however she put me to sleep. My face felt & looked amazing. I'll definitely go back in four weeks. I don't know if I can but her # 571-332-2537. Call for appt.
