Jasmine is absolutely fantastic! She is a color expert and considering this is the first time I have worked with her I was totally impressed. I love how my hair turned out and she is also such a lovely human. Great energy! I will be back!
I had India and she did a great job! This is my first time at bubbles. My experience was efficient and I got a shampoo and cut. I showed her what my vision was and she worked with me and I’m very happy with my haircut! The prices were fair especially for the city
Fran is wonderful! One of the best color experiences I have ever had. She is an exceptional stylist, and just as warm as she is knowledgeable. I am always nervous to try a new salon and stylist, but from the moment I met Fran she made me feel comfortable and explained options/pricing to reach my hair color goals. I look forward to booking with Fran the next time I am in DC! The salon was also very clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
