So, google maps doesn't know this yet, but the best lash technician in the world is now practicing here. I'm a low-maintenance person who never considered lashes until I saw a friend with them and I tried a few places but was never sold until Elvina. She does the look where if people don't know exactly what to look for, they don't know. It just looks like your lashes are amazing naturally. She listens to what you want and I'm sure she can do more dramatic looks, but it's really rare to find someone that can enhance you without making you look super extra. Elvina is a lovely human being and I'm super happy to have met her and to have her enhancing me!

The eyebrows and upper lips services were fine, not exceptional but fine. What really annoyed me however was the customer service - they told me I couldn’t book on ClassPass despite there being appointment slots on ClassPass since I had already walked in, and so they insisted I pay in store. In the salon I also saw a 10% off reviews sign. When I asked about it, was told it was “no longer applicable.” The salon itself was clean, but the service attitude made me unwilling to come back again.

This place is great I never make an appointment and just walk in. The best thing about this place is I go to anyone on the staff and am always satisfied. For context, I get eyebrow and upper lip threading done. I'm always in and out. No complaints!
