I am very happy to recommend OrthoVirginia for anyone who may need either physical therapy, or beyond that, advance to personal training through their related OrthoVirginia Sports Performance team. I not only had fun working with the entire OrthoVirginia physical therapists (fall of 2025) - their level of expertise was just super-impressive. I made great strides in regaining muscle, strength, balance and mobility. Shout out to Amy Dreissen, although the entire team was amazing to work with. When I "graduated" to personal training at Sports Performance, I worked with David Galdo - David was great! Professional, totally knew his stuff, met me "where I was," and helped me gain new confidence in my strength and balance training capabilities. Highly recommend the entire Ortho Virginia organization.
