Generally speaking good. However I brought a nice suit here hoping they would remove stains while they tried to no success, I still don't understand why they had to press the suit. This made the stains worse. I mean, if you can't remove the stains, why press the suit? You know I can't use it while stained. Now the stains are, essentially, permanent. A call telling me they weren't successful would have sufficed. I would have taken it somewhere else. I'm not sure I will return. Still had to paid for the job.

It seems silly to have opinions on dry cleaners, but this is my favorite dry cleaner and I will continue to come here as long as I live in Arlington. Starting with the obvious - they do a great job dry cleaning. I've had winter jackets and my wedding dress cleaned here (which had spilled orange juice all over it). But what makes them so great is the service and how friendly they are. They are also dog friendly! The woman working loves to say hi to my dog and has treats to give to him. We (me and my dog) love our trips to the dry cleaner because of this lol

I've gotten a few things hemmed (bridesmaid dress and pants) and dry cleaned here and love it! The staff is friendly and reliable. They do great work and value their customers. Highly highly recommend.
