The optometrist realized my prescription from a previous location was too strong and got me the right prescription, which feels so much better now. The other employees were very helpful with adjusting my frames and very kind when I came back a second time to get them readjusted to ensure they fit just right!
I had moved to town the day prior and had a bad eye infection. I was able to get an appointment the day I called. Once I got checked in and the doctor saw me, she realized my infection was more serious and I needed to see an ophthalmologist. She did the research for me , as I’m totally new to town, called the doctor’s office and managed to get me an appointment the day after with a doctor specialized in my eye infection.
So customer service was above and beyond .
