I rarely get haircuts because I'm lazy, don't like small talk, and get anxious about meeting new people. I haven't met a stylist who I click with, so all my haircut appointments are one-and-done with stylists. Until recently, when I had the pleasure of visiting Cassie at Luna & Sol Hair Co. for a hair appointment, I can confidently say that she is one of the most talented hairstylists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have a rare curl pattern (wavy and kinky) and am going gray which has done no favors for my texture. I had only ever found one other stylist who did curly hair, but she was more of a colorist, so for the first forty-odd years of my life I had had to resort to cutting my own hair (poorly but still better than any other stylist I'd gone to).When I stumbled on Cassie's salon I thought it might be too good to be true. Cassie had her full process down to a science. She fixed a bad haircut while giving me lots of advice on how to deal with overly full/dry hair. Never heard of the lived-in cut before, but now I know what to ask for when traveling. Thank you Cassie!
