Such a welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable staff at Javan in Ballston! My most recent visit was for Xeomin injections- as a first timer, was a very positive experience. I felt that I was in good hands with RN Sami. She was thoughtful, careful, precise, and made me feel completely at ease. Anita, the owner, has cultivated a team of incredible professionals.

Robin did an amazing job making me feel completely at ease during my first-ever microneedling session. I was REALLY nervous going in, but she alleviated my anxiety with her patience, reassurance, and professionalism. She validated my feelings and made sure I was both physically and mentally comfortable throughout. She took the time to walk me through every step of the process, before, during, and after, so I always knew exactly what she was doing, when she was doing it, and why.
