Milan was very thorough in his investigation and patient with my questions. I wanted to better understand what was causing temp differences across different levels and room in our house. It’s an old house, lots of improvements can be made, plus we know we are replacing the HVAC system. I appreciated him explaining what specifically he was testing for, showing me the results on the instruments and explaining what they could mean for me. I haven’t seen his report yet, but after the audit I have a better understanding of what my hvac options are, some low hanging fruit to increase air flow, and what not to worry about just yet (windows).
Nick, who performed my energy audit, was a delight to work with. He provided detailed information on how things were working and not working efficiently in my home. He answered all my questions providing honest feedback.
Ben and team were fantastic! We reached out to HEM because we had mysterious moisture regularly appearing on our brick fireplace that multiple other experts/contractors were unable to mitigate. Ben E. and the HEM team came for an audit and immediately identified the root of the moisture problem. Ben explained everything clearly and provided a phased approach that worked within our budget.
