I do not drive, and this Great Clips is on my bus route. I checked the hours online, and they were supposed to open 11 am. I arrived at 11:10 am and the doors were locked and lights off. Took a walk and came back about 10 minutes later, door still locked, lights off. Knocked on door, no answer. Called the phone number listed in their app, no answer. I guess they are not interested in doing business on weekday mornings. This is a shame because they lost a potential regular customer.
Update: The staffing problems have been resolved and I have been pleased with the service at this location. Gilbert is the best!

Parking is identified in the garage. I signed up on line and went when the wait time was 15 minute. Within 5 minutes Inwa getting my hair. The stylist did an excellent job and was rather quick. The price is very good. I believe the name of the stylist was named Gilbert.
