I had a new infestation and fortunately got in touch with Eco quickly. They were immediately responsive and helpful. After a steam treatment everything looks good! So grateful for the great customer service.

Not only did they get rid of our bedbugs after only one heat treatment they were extremely helpful and provided much needed support throughout the entire process to answering all of our questions before during and after the process, I felt like I was in extremely capable and expert hands. Some things that set them above and beyond: they are accessible by phone well beyond business hours, and on weekends they have an expert on staff who can identify bedbugs based on photographs and will let you know whether or not you have an infestation — and they are extremely friendly and kind. Could not recommend them highly enough!
