The staff here all go above and beyond. Hygienists make a huge difference in the patient experience, and Elizabeth is excellent. She’s highly informed, and does a thorough job with practically no pain. The dentist, Patrick, also puts lots of effort into getting to know patients, and explaining everything. It’s the first dentist where I felt empowered to have great teeth, instead of subject to an evaluation. Can’t recommend them enough.
All staff were sensational! From the administrative assistant and her politeness and helpfulness to the hygienist and her excellent and thorough way of cleaning and educating me at the same time. The doctor was also very attentive to me and making professional recommendations. I’d recommend them to anyone.
This place gave me my best experience and level of care of any medical practice I’ve been to.After dealing with unbearable mouth pain for a day, and night. I stumbled in, since it’s a block from my apartment, looking for help (keep in mind unannounced, with no appointment). The receptionist noticed the severity of my condition, and said she’d have the dentist check on me asap. Within minutes, Dr Haddad came out to the waiting area and a few questions later, he diagnosed what was wrong. He obviously had great experience and knowledge, despite his young age.
