After my previous unsuccessful laser experience at a highly advertised chain laser hair removal place that I will not name for the sake of being kind - I had given up on laser and thought I couldn’t possibly fully experience zero hair growth and I would be chained to the razor routine forever. After a friends recommendation to come to Capital Laser, I made an appointment with Sue and was so so thankful I did!!! She sat me down and explained the ins and outs of the process and what was actually happening with the laser. I still only have a small understanding of what’s going on but what I do know is: 1. I highly recommend Capital Laser to anyone seeking laser hair removal! I heard of Sue through a friend and I’m super happy I decided to go with her. She is a very sweet lady who talks you through the whole process so you know what to expect during the procedure and for the results. She’s easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable in her field. I felt very confident in her ability to take care of me after speaking with her! The procedure itself was very quick. I would trust Sue with any laser hair removal I ever get.
Sue is great and extremely knowledgeable! She took the time during the consultation to ensure I was totally comfortable and familiar with the process and how the lasers function. She also explained all the different variables that impact results clearly to ensure I had realistic expectations for the process. I was also surprised with the how tolerable and efficient the sessions are! She only focuses on laser hair removal and has been in business for 25 years, so that definitely means they’re doing it right! The space is well maintained and clean as well, would definitely recommend!
