The advice he provided on choosing contractors for more significant repairs and on how we could DIY minor repairs will pay for the inspection fee many times over. Highly recommend working with Ed at Atlas Home Inspection. He's observant, meticulous, insightful and has a HUGE amount of knowledge to share. We asked him to look over our roof so we could decide when to budget replacing it and to check out our HVAC system. Ed gave us some very specific and clear suggestions on extending the roof life - with very helpful pictures - and helped us understand the trade-offs of moving quickly vs waiting longer on the HVAC system. And a great insight on improving HVAC efficiency. And he's just a genuinely great guy to work with. We more than got our money's worth out of the two hours he spent with us.
