We had a very dirty carpet and they performed a miracle. Carpe came out very clean. Service was great price was good. The Service man was very friendly friendly and gave us great advice. Left us some purpose cleaner. just overall wonderful experience.
Wow, outstanding service, and even did a same-day appointment. Tom took the time to explain the science of carpet cleaning to us and why this process is so much better than others… And the results shows. We’ve lived in Arlington, VA for 10 years and used several companies, this is the best.
I highly recommend this rug and carpet cleaning business. Tom is very knowledgeable about rugs, easy to communicate with, and his customer service was fast, professional, caring, and convenient at every step from the scheduling to the delivery. My rug looks shiny, and stunning. I will definitely use their service again.
