As a solo traveler it’s within 15 minutes of DCA. I recently got off a flight from JFK via Boston and I did one cryo + one sauna session. At intake when I did the forms, I was greeted by the very friendly representative Gabriel, who was the same person that explained to me the services over the phone around 20 minutes earlier. He walked me through and got me ready for my first time doing cryotherapy. Amazing experience for the health benefits that these provide and highly attentive customer service. I feel great after just one visit!!

Loved this place. This was my first time doing cyrotherapy so I was a little hesitant, but they were amazing. He talked me through the benefits, the different levels, and chatted with me the whole time to help me understand what was happening at each step of the way. I felt amazing after and it made my workout that day even better!
I definitely recommend the Arlington location - it’s a smaller building but the staff is amazing! Will be making this a regular part of my week
