I had an excellent experience at Alpha Cryo. I did the cryo treatment. The staff was super helpful. They explained everything about the process. It was my first time so I didn’t know much about Cryotherapy. In addition to the session being helpful to my body and my recovery, it was also very informative. I will definitely be back again.
