5 stars!!!As an anxious person with a lot of stress I found relief doing both cryo therapy and infrared sauna. Today was my first time and I will continue doing this. Super clean and pleasant environment.

Great facility. You get the sauna room all to yourself and it’s quite spacious. It’s very clean and they provide a robe and towels for use. One of the nicer and more private saunas I’ve been to in the DMV.

I’ve been looking for a good infrared sauna to go after my workouts. The room was clean, peaceful, private, and I felt AMAZING afterwards. I’ll definitely be back for another session. Thank you!
