I can’t say enough good things! I was dealing with crazy shoulder pain, tightness, headaches, and lack of mobility. Dr. Murray did a great job figuring out the issues and really getting into muscles that were causing issues. Not going to lie, it can be pretty painful but the improvement in mobility immediately after was shocking - it’s worth it! Eric also was very helpful in demonstrating the exercises to do at home. I had 3 sessions and feel so much better. Highly recommend to anyone!
Dr. Murray helped me address my shoulder pain and lower back pain over the course of several appointments. He explained to me the biomechanics of troubled areas in great detail and provided targeted deep tissue manipulation, and crafted a set of rehab exercises for me each week. Not only did I walk away pain free, but I was also now able to move correctly and efficiently in my workouts, and with the knowledge to improve further. Can not recommend Dr. Murray enough to anyone!
I was a patient at Airrosti 2 times, both times when I woke up with a sudden lower back pain. I visited the clinic in Ballston and saw Dr. Murray. He uses a good amount of strength in his hands to dig into your tissue muscles and help release stuck parts of your body. I always swirl like a worm on the table during the procedure, but I know it’s effective and I appreciate strong pressure. In the second part of the treatment you are shown beneficial exercises that focus on strengthening your body parts. I was actually limping and felt a lot of weakness in my leg the last time I came, and demonstrated exercises helped me strengthen my leg/ core, so I could walk better...read full review
