I have to say, I was skeptical about acupuncture but I decided to give this a shot after a decade of failed western medicine. Pills and labs have not gotten me far and I was tired of it. First off, Ms. Julia is the best. She not only addresses the ailments you came for, but she looks after your over all healthy. She's incredibly kind and very professional. After my first session, I knew I had found the right treatment. I was in a euphoric state and had felt the after affects for days. I don't know the science behind it, but it works. I've been going to Sports Care Acupuncture for 5+ yrs. I stumbled across Ms. Julia's ad, just looking for sports massage services (while training for body building). She offered acupuncture WITH the sports massage!! I was shocked and couldn't help but try her services. That was in January 2015... I'm still one of her clients today. I love her attention with my trouble spots. I like that she asks about your overall well being and not just for what you've come in for. Dr. Julia is BEST! I’ve been utilizing her services for almost 4 years. I travel 1 hour on the metro just to see her. At one point I researched other clinics in DC that were closer to me and none of them matched her service. They charged much more and offer much less. She’s worth the travel!!!
