An older lady did my hair. Her work did not match my requested pictures at all. The cashier lady was also not nice. I don’t know how to explain it but both of them kept saying I looked pretty (of course may be to make me feel assured after they worked on my hair) but it did not feel genuine as their courtesy suddenly changed after I’ve paid and tipped them. Almost scammy in a way because I was shocked and still processing my new hair which I did not expect after I showed her multiple pictures. Not worth the drive and the hefty fee of course. I will not be going back.

This place deserves 0 stars. Unbelievably horrible. The owner (older lady) cut my hair. The back is shorter than the front! How can you mess up long straight hair?! I've gotten haircuts hundreds of times in my lifetime and I have never experienced a stylist who does not know how to cut hair. She is honestly incompetent. She literally just cut the bottom a little bit then flipped my hair over and just cut the back lol. She didn’t even cut the front. I honestly don’t understand how she can even have a salon license. In all honesty, I could’ve done what she did without any skills.

I took my 2 kids, ages 13 (girl) and 9 (boy) to this saloon. The service was great. They did exactly what we requested. We had to wait a bit longer than expected but it is understandable on a Friday afternoon, since they looked really busy. Will definitely come back!

I went here couple of times to have my hair done for cut and color. I requested for certain color since it will be summer soon and it came out what I did not expect it to be! I told the owner and she told me the color will wear off after couple of washes. No it did not! You expect me to pay and yet can't even listen to a simple client's request? Shame on you! Then there is this woman who is the host coloring my hair bc my appointment was doubled booked when the host doesn't even have a license to color my hair or know what she is even doing!!! What kind of business are they running?!?!??? Talk about lack of customer service! Yet you over charge me for a simple one tone color by charging me for root color, whole hair color, and then haircut charge separately? I know a lot people who go there and even they told me I was ripped off for poor services! I will not be returning to this hair salon! Don't pretend that you go to church when your actions don't portray that! So fake and incompetent!

Awful bad communication. Simple dye job. Awful haircut. Don’t come. Multiple staff tells you different things. A waste of my time I had to leave work early and all I got is a terrible cut. I’m so mad

Shop is run by an owner with unlicensed assistants. Went in for hair straightening, routinely executed every 6 months. The salon did not care for my parting and now my bangs look as if it has a permanent cowlick. I would like to have this fixed, but I’m afraid to cause further damage. Saw there were a lot of male clients, maybe you’d have a better luck in that genre. Personally won’t be coming back. I’ll be going back to Sassoon for my haircuts and Salon Nuvida for perms.
