Suspicious, sending conflicting emails. They are encouraging me to send copies of confidential documents without official acknowledgement of onboarding. They request you don't call due to high volume of calls and they did not answer emails. They are either scammers or lack professional training.

Just like everyone else in these comments, I found Julie to be condescending to the point that I ended the phone call. I've been reaching out to staffing agencies in the area recently, and this is by far the strangest one I've encountered. Normally for issues with resume formatting and content you would speak to someone in person, instead I was left furiously writing notes for changes during my phone call and feeling horrible about myself. Staffing agencies run by finding work for people, so I just don't understand the point of being rude. Received a call from Julie (who seems to be very problematic based on the other reviews here) the day after I sent in my resume. She was rude, asked impertinent questions and ultimately told me to call her back another time. After I had explained in precise terms what kind of job I was looking for she asked what the "big picture is". I was tempted to say that I want a Ph.D and a nice big house, Julie. I asked her if I could come into the office, and received a curt, condescending "No," rather than the correct, professional, "NRI prefers to conduct phone screen interviews before inviting candidates in."
