Absolutely great staff, surgical Assistants Ann and Jazmyn are the best professionals. Dr. Zadeh is a great surgeon and sets an high standard in his practice and clear medical conversations. Everyone always sets me at ease, efficient scheduling, and on-time appointments. Billing is straight forward as well as your aftercare. I always feel like I received the best care ever here. And the best security guard who greets us all with a huge smile, kind reassuring words and help. Thank you all!

The most professional and kind staff ever

The NVOMSA staff - from the receptionist to the insurance verifier, dental assistant, and billing manager - all were cordial and helpful. The doctor in charge of the business, Dr. ZADEH, however, acted like he's above everyone - arrogant, no bedside manner, poor communication. As soon as he found out that I did not plan to do an Implant, his attitude went from unfriendly to talking to me as little as possible. Although he was competent and able to extract my tooth in one piece, after the bone graft he'd sewn the wound hastily and badly, which my primary dentist verified two days later and I had to go back to my dentist an additional day for my dentist to do extra work to help my wound heal. Dr. ZADEH did not even bother to look at me when I said Thank You to him. Regardless of the convenient location, I would NEVER go back to Dr. ZADEH and would recommend friends and family members to stay away from him.
