JM Plumbing and Heating put in a tankless hot water heater for me. I got three quotes from vendors all certified by the heater manufacturers. JM Plumbing's quote was very competitive, and I felt their analysis of my needs and the best way to install, their professionalism, and their knowledge was well above the other vendors that I spoke to. It is family owned and run. They are very committed to quality service. The install team arrived a few minutes early, with everything that they needed and the install went quickly and efficiently. They had to cut out a portion of a wall to get the old heater out, and they covered everything in plastic, put down drop cloths, and left it absolutely clean and tidy. The way they designed the system was much better, in terms of both cost and functionality, than the other vendors, and the install was impeccable. I highly recommend them, and have also used them for an unrelated plumbing leak, and to evaluate my HVAC system. In every case, they were very timely and sent a professional, well qualified technician. I plan to use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
When our HVAC completely stopped working I knew I needed someone I could trust to fix it right and fix it fast. Nick from JM quickly assessed the issue and replaces our entire HVAC unit. Nick was prompt, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and very fairly priced. I am getting ready to install central a/c in a new home and I will be calling Nick! Highly recommend!
