We bought a house in Annandale knowing that it had some plumbing issues, so it was important to find a plumber we could trust. Jim Crowley and his plumber Kenny have been great. They took the time to explain the issues and gave honest recommendations. We couldn't find our main water shut-off valve. Kenny finally found it today and I told him his reward is he's stuck with us for clients for as long as we live here!
My husband and I had just moved into our new home and noticed the hot water heater leaking. I panicked and called the number on the heater. Jim picked up and walked me through how to turn off the valve, etc. Within a couple of hours Jim was over my house replacing the heater and we had hot water that night! I was so impressed with the quick customer service. And my dog was also impressed with the treats Jim brought for him! :)Service: Boiler repair
Very happy with the prompt and professional service I recieved the plumber was on time and acted professional . The problem was fixed in no time . The bill was reasonable and the service was excellent . Thanks
