I am so happy I found this place for my babies! We previously used PetSmart in Fairfax Lakes and had a great groomer there, though the prices were high. Unfortunately, the management was repeatedly rude and disrespectful toward both customers and staff — one too many times for me. I started searching for a new groomer and came across Bessie’s Pet Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did I find an excellent groomer for my babies, but also a true home where they feel welcome and loved. My dogs don’t hit the brakes when we arrive — instead, they run up the stairs like it’s the best thing ever! They go on Fridays, which is set aside for the little guys, and they’re free to wander around and play with their new friends. The staff is always kind and respectful to both owners and pets. I feel so happy and confident when I drop them off and just as happy when I pick them up. The grooming skills are excellent, the prices are very fair, and the care they give is genuine. We have truly been blessed to find Bessie’s! ❤️🐾
Excellent grooming every time for my toy poodle. Bessie is the best in the area. Her staff is always so courteous and they love the dogs. The shop is kept very clean which is a big plus.
