I pay $199 once a year, this covers two seasonal maintenance visits. What stood out about today’s visit is that Shawn pulled off all four sides of my condenser unit to clean the coils. He took pictures before and after and even did a video and showed me. Shawn also crawled in my crawl space to service my air handler which included making sure the condensation line was clear and flowing properly. I would recommend this service to anyone who wants peace of mind and the ability to stay ahead any potential issues.
Had a minor flooding problem in the basement relating to the condensation pump failure precipitated by a recent power failure. Contacted Borum and a technician responded within a couple of hours, and the issue was quickly resolved.
Was very happy they were even able to fit me in on such a hot day. Service manager did what he said he would do keeping me informed and getting me scheduled. Shawn, the technician, was a delightful young man. He came in, found the problem and was able to fix my unit. The experience was great and went like it was supposed to.
