I went in recently to get the screen replaced on my 2017 Macbook Pro and had a good experience with Craig. He's a very welcoming and friendly man that provides quality service at a reasonable price, and my screen replacement went well! My only complaint was that I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my service nor any estimate of when to expect it to be done, and I constantly had to call to ask for any updates or an estimate. In the end, the service took one week to get done, which was reasonable, but I wish I had received more updates.
My hard drive crashed and couldn't get to start up. Problem diagnosed and solved quickly and at a reasonable price including data recovery, new hard drive install, and overall got everything back and rolling like new! Good communication throughout and also included pick up and drop off. Really impressed and will definitely use again!
this is the one and only Computer Repair shop who can do the job.personally I believe this is the END of searching for repair or buy a decent PC laptop.thank you all at this location.
