My first appointment with Dr. Bell was a few months ago. Maybe in February or March of 2019. I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years and needed to have some major dental work done. Among other things, I’ve lost several teeth over the course of my life and wanted them replaced. The reason I had not been to a dentist is very simple, FEAR. I could write a book on my experience with Dr. Bell but I won’t. If I did, it would be a good book. Dr. Bell, who I believe is the best overall dentist in the world, is awesome. He took care of me from start to finish. When there was work he didn’t perform in his office, he sent me to dentists whose practices were at his level or above and that says a lot. Occasionally it takes a problem to really understand the effectiveness of one’s abilities. When I did have a problem, feeling that something was overlooked and left undone, it was handled swiftly and with the utmost professionalism. What more can you ask for? I absolutely love this office and wouldn’t think of taking my business anywhere else. The office is very clean and organized. Appointment times mean appointment times. I’ve been there at least a half dozen times at this writing (6/30/19) and can’t remember ever waiting past my designated time. That leads me to the front desk….. Shannon. From my very first interaction with the office came through email. Shannon made me feel comfortable and confident that I was going to be handled properly. She is the best and most effective office manager I’ve ever encountered. Need a dentist? Need a better dentist? This is the place.
